This offer is valid for projects confirmed with a signed contract between 1st December 2024 and 28th Febuary 2025.

Free Items:

Customers must select the free item (sink, dishwasher, or cooktop) based on the value of their kitchen renovation package.

Free items are subject to stock availability and may be substituted with an equivalent product if stocks run out.

Minimum Spend:

The renovation spend must meet the minimum threshold to qualify for the free item in each package tier:

$10K – $15K tier qualifies for a free dishwasher or a free sink.

$15K – $20K tier qualifies for a free cooktop.

Installation Exclusions:

We do not install appliances, including but not limited to sinks or cooktops, as a licensed plumber or electrician is required for proper installation. You need a licensed plumber or electrician to install a cooktop to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Cooktops, whether gas or electric, require proper connections to gas lines or electrical wiring, which must be handled by trained professionals. Incorrect installation can lead to gas leaks, electrical hazards, or appliance malfunction. Licensed tradespeople are certified to perform these installations safely and in accordance with building codes, ensuring that your cooktop operates correctly and reduces the risk of accidents.

Exclusions:

This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion.

Appliances provided as part of the promotion are not exchangeable for cash or credit.

Cancellation:

If the renovation project is cancelled, the customer will not be eligible for the free item.

Any cancellation or changes to the renovation project may result in additional fees.

Geographical Limitations:

This promotion is valid for clients within a 50 km radius of [Company Head Office Location]. Projects outside this radius may incur additional fees or be ineligible for the promotion.
